Print Head
The Epson i3200 U1 print head receives digital image data from the computer and translates it into machine understandable form. It consists of the nozzle to eject tiny droplets onto the media and precisely controls them to form the desired image. This head’s advanced technology ensures precise ink control.
Curing System
The roll to roll printer has dual water cooling LED UV lamps that emit UV light to cure the ink on the media. It prevents overheating and adjusts lamp power settings to accommodate different ink & substrate types. Rapidly dries which leads to instant output production. The cooling system provides uniform ink delivery across the entire print width that gives excellent adhesion and long-lasting durability. Rapidly dries the output production and prevents overheating.
Piezo With Variable Dot
This printer has drop on demand piezo with variable dot technology that ejects the ink drops onto the media precisely based on the requirements. This fine-tuned control produces detailed output, rapid printing versatility and achieving superior image reproduction. The variable dot allows to adjust droplet size dynamically for smooth gradients and accurate color transitions. Piezo technology provides excellent ink control without heat in long production runs.
Ink Supply System
The roll to roll printer features bulk ink supply system with 1000ml has prolonged print runs, reduced downtime and cost-effectiveness due to larger ink reservoirs. The white ink stirring system prevents pigment settling, reducing clogs, collectively enhancing productivity and reducing maintenance needs.
