The CNC plasma cutting machine F-Series applies the jet of hot plasma cutting approach to process the metals for a wide variety of purposes. Further, the gas overheats to change the state of ionized & electrical conductives and forms the plasma. This energy of plasma transfers to the material to cause the separation of material where the plasma contacts via a nozzle. The nozzle of the machine controls the flow of the plasma gas to produce precise cuts, smooth finishes and reduces the deformation of the products.

Functions & Features

The properly functioning automatic arc voltage height control moves closer to increase the nozzle life, cut quality and avoids the sitting time of each part. Once the height controller times out and shuts down, the arc voltage controller takes full control to maintain the proper torch to material distance.
The Integrated downdraft table in plasma cutter is a simple to maintain and effective method for the smoke collection and removal of fumes, debris & particles. While the plasma is cutting the material lies on the table, it disposes the plasma smoke below the plate with high velocity.
The gantry is the carriage that spans the machine and holds the cutting torch provides by the motion therefore the cut process starts. It is connected to the guide rail system to drive the gantry precisely. The planetary gearbox provides high stiffness and lower backlash to improve machining accuracy.
The CAD/CAM nesting software instructs to cut parts from metal plates and also controls the drive systems. It helps to create various complex geometry or any irregular shapes and then translate into a machine language so the CNC can read it to start the process.

The Powermax85® has more power about 85 amps for an output current, designed for maximum uptime and productivity.
