Panel Saw
The panel saw cuts the material and a powerful electric motor drives the blade to process the wood. The main blade can operate as per the various required depth to accommodate varied wood thicknesses to be cut. The scoring blade helps the main blade that scores the material edges and the riving knife acts as a safety measure, separates the wood into two & prevents kickbacks.
Mortiser
It achieves the drilling to shape rectangle, square or circle slots in the wood with a chisel to receive the tenon joint perfectly and can handle a range of mortising tasks. Using a clamp can deliver a perfect depth, hold the workpiece at a specific angle, provides chip-free mortising and avoids slippage of material.
Spindle Moulder
It drives the cutter head to trim or shape the wood for the tenoning with spindle and tenoning carriage. It is offering moulding, rebate, grooving & curved work etc. The measurement for tenoning can be given by a micro-adjustable fence and spindle height is adjustable up to 105mm above the table.
Surface Planer & Thicknesser
In the combined wood cutting machine, a surface planer is used to flatten the upper & lower surface of wood, remove the thickness based on the requirement and make wooden boards with parallel faces. Thicknesser gives consistent thickness & creates proper shape as per specific need, leveling the surface of the wood and producing uniform thickness.
