Clamp
The turret punch press machine has automatic clamp positioning capable of accurate positioning and rapid clamping. It reduces errors, setup time and enhances the machine run-time, flexibility and productivity.
Solid Frame Structure
Solid frame structure provides high strength, high rigidity improves the lifetime of the machine, protects from deformation to ensure the proper processing of materials. Built to resist stress and vibrations, the frame stabilizes the machine during cutting or bending operations. Servo Drive Motor
It uses the servo motor with high torque to drive the gearbox that provides high power and speed. This allows the motor to adjust the punch stroke position and achieve the complex curve requirements. Hydraulics provide smooth, controlled punching strokes, delivering consistent force for each operation. The software organizes parts efficiently on the sheet, allowing accurate spacing and alignment.
CAD/CAM Nesting Software
By using the nesting software, can able to nest multiple parts. It maximizes the sheet utilization with less waste, ensures workflow, optimum performance and allows the sheet metals to process easily.
CNC Controller
The FANUC CNC Controller includes realistic operations such as inspection of press head & turntable, spotting the head in the right place and simply converting the programming instructions into tooling motion. The operator can instruct and control it based on the program input easily using a touch panel. It guides the press head and turntable accurately according to the program. Movements are controlled smoothly, ensuring precise bending or cutting while reducing errors and allowing operators to work efficiently with minimal adjustments.
Clamp
The clamp is capable of detecting, setting the position accurately & moving the specific area where the CNC system instructs, used to hold the material to set for the cut and can control by the control board.
Annealed Machine Frame
The frame structure of CNC turret punch press is particularly annealed to have many indexable tool stations, design of versatile configuration tooling to practical reality and protects from deformation. It is prominently known for its improved speed and flexibility that boosts the operation, preserves the accuracy and most cost-effective choice for metal fabrication.
Servo Motor
The servo motor with hydraulic force transfers the driving force to the tools to strongly press down on the material then to return up to complete the punching process. The nesting software with graphical programming method has a simple user interface to nest multiple parts and can give the parameter of shape, diameter, length, & width.
