Print Head
The Epson i3200 A1 print head of the sublimation machine gets the ink from the supply system and then vaporizes ink in precise amounts to form the desired image on the substrate. The process repeats rapidly as the head moves on the media and ensures proper ink deposition.
Ink Supply System
The bulk ink supply system of the sublimation printing machine holds a larger ink tank volume of 15L which reduces the frequency of refilling. It provides uninterrupted printing, higher output capacities and enhances productivity in digital printing. The subsequent cartridges replenish the ink without stopping operation.
Drying System
The three infrared heater cures the ink to provide high durability and long-lasting prints. It enables fine details & gradients and results in high-quality print with variable dot densities. Effective usage of ink by utilizing only the required droplet volume of ink for the operation. The precise placement improves edge sharpness, protects ink properties and gives consistent color density.
RIP Software
Ergosoft RIP software with GZ printer manager supports various file formats and translates it for machine understandable format. It manages job scheduling, customizes print settings, including color adjustments and layout. Provides advanced color management, efficient job queuing and precise calibration for consistent print output.
