The high speed UV printer transforms digital images directly on the media. The top-level electric control system manages head movement, ink delivery, substrate feeding and more. Temperature and humidity control maintain a consistent temperature level that prevents ink and material related issues to enhance output quality. The pre-print & post-print heater ensures the media is at the ideal temperature before printing and improving ink adhesion. The ink level sensor monitors the ink level and prevents interruptions. The cleaning system of the UV printer initiates an automated print head cleaning in a single press.

Components of The Machine​

Print Head

Take Up Unit
A UV printer has a take-up unit that is responsible for winding up the media, assists with uninterrupted printing and gives proper alignment. It prevents the media from piling up, rolls up the media neatly, provides long print runs and prevents damage or distortion. It is essential for high-volume production and continuous printing in UV printing machines. The unit supports high-speed operation and automated control improves workflow efficiency.

Cooling Fans
The double row of cooling fans prevents the components like print heads, motors and other devices from overheating. It maintains a stable operating temperature, preventing damage due to excessive heat and prolongs the lifespan of the printer.

Overhead Dryer

Silent Guide

RIP Software

Vacuum Platen
