Print Head
The Epson i3200 A1 print head comprises numerous tiny nozzles and the pressure forces an ink droplet onto the printing substrate. Ink Supply System
The bulk ink supply with a 25L tank with cartridges of sublimation paper printer for an uninterrupted supply of ink. The pressure transports ink to the print head and precisely places the ink onto the substrate. The head cleaning system prevents clogs and the ink sensor monitors for optimal output quality.
Drying System
The four infrared heating system employs a multiple stage heating process. It heats the media, dries the ink after printing that avoids smudging and cures the ink for improved durability. Offers precise temperature control at each stage and results in fast drying & vibrant colors. It gives even heat distribution across the entire print width without compromising quality. The adjustable temperature settings allow the use of diverse media types and ink formulations.
Piezo Variable Dot
The piezo variable dot technology allows for precise control of droplet size and suits various substrates & ink types. It minimizes ink consumption, reduces operational costs, longer lifespan, requires less maintenance, has high durability and provides consistent color reproduction. It dynamically adjusts droplet volume for the smooth gradients and eliminates heat during ink ejection. RIP Software
