Print Head
The Epson i3200 A1 print head with piezo variable dot technology ejects ink to print on the substrates. The head processes the digital data into printed output with high resolution. It allows for sharper details with a broader color gamut, vivid colors and enables smoother gradients.
Ink Supply System
The bulk ink supply system of digital paper printer has huge storage ink in large reservoirs of 5 liters. It is connected to the head through a tube to supply the ink for the operation. It precisely flows the ink to the print head, sensors continuously monitor the reservoir and extended printing without frequent cartridge replacements.
Drying System
An intelligent sectionable control IR heater uses advanced technology that cures the ink on the media surface. This system dynamically adjusts the heat output to optimize drying, preventing overheating and delivering consistent print quality.
Piezo Variable Dot
The process of piezo variable dot technology generates the pressure to eject ink droplets to print on the media. The size of the droplets can be controlled and gives smooth gradients with fine details. As the head moves across substrates, it deposits variable sized ink dots to create quality output.
