Functions & Features

The negative pressure recirculation system effectively uses the ink drops by taking the unused ink back to the printhead and the recirculation prevents the nozzle dry due to evaporative loss. It filters out any blocking particles or air bubbles from the head introduced by the nozzles therefore resulting in improved print quality.
In large format printer, the intelligent IR drying system has pre, mid, post & extended heaters that dry the inks on the media instantly after the printing hence shortening the drying time. It produces a vibrant finish with a high degree of opacity, smoother gradations, vivid colors, sharp images and maintains the exact print details.

The dimatix 4 Starfire printhead with a safety protection system, ranging the quality mode of 1200 dpi and maximum 25pl helps to meet the wide range of applications fast and lowers price points by shortening the operation time and many more reasons.

Redijet Recirculation
The redijet recirculation technology unlocks the full productive potential of the head through its continuous ink recirculation, has greater reliability and allows for fast printing. It continuously circulates ink, preventing clogs, provides consistent ink flow and superior print quality. By minimizing ink waste, it lowers operational expenses with seamless digital printing performance.

Onyx / PhotoPrint
The RIP software can interact intuitively for the programming without any difficulty, less set-up time, effective execution of jobs in a single print run and precise file positioning on a specific media. The efficient nesting promotes batch processing capabilities supports a wide range of file formats. Helps to result in accurate color reproduction, consistent high-quality output and allows stable data transfer.

Height Detects
Auto-height detects the thickness of the material to fix the print head accurately on the top of the material. Accurate head positioning protects the print head from damage. Automatic adjustment ensures consistent dot placement across different media types. The ink purge system cleans the nozzle, avoids clogged nozzles, optimized for the best performance and longevity of print heads. Removes dried ink and air bubbles which extends print head lifespan.

Feeding System
Automated take-up & feeding system synchronized with tension bars attend the long print runs on various media, ensures the consistent handling of material, uninterrupted supply of media and adjusts automatically based on the media being used. Maintains uniform media tension throughout the printing process and supports different roll sizes and material types at high speeds.
