A multi-layer printing application involves the process of printing multiple layers such as 2, 3, 4 & 5 layers on a substrate to achieve vibrant texture. The UV roll to roll printer has a capping and wiping system with one pass wiper speeds up the print head cleaning and protects it from drying out or clogging. This capping process ensures the nozzles remain free of dried ink and the wiping mechanism removes the excess of ink or debris from the head's surface. It helps maintain consistent print quality, prolongs the lifespan of the head and efficient printing operations.
The water cooling platen circulates through channels within the platen, regulates its temperature. It helps to print on a wide range of materials, print for heat-sensitive substrate and manage the heat generated during the process. It ensures stable operation, prevents substrate distortion and benefits with optimal results.

Piezo Variable Dot
The UV roll to roll printer has piezo variable dot greyscale technology that controls the size of ink droplets ejected from the print head. Dual Water Cooling LED UV Lamps
