The large format flatbed printer is equipped with a 6 zones platen with media alignment pins that offers precise processing across various material sizes & types, preventing shifting or wrinkling during printing. It ensures accurate positioning of the material, allows consistent prints. It has the capability to handle diverse media, contributing to production efficiency.
The linear motor coupled with metal grating & dual linear guide provides precise print head movement, serves as a guide and facilitates smooth & controlled movement. This component assists in resulting in sharp & detailed end products on various materials.
The gantry control is achieved through a combination of linear motor and dual linear guides. These two are responsible for controlling the gantry's movement, allowing for synchronized movement of the print head. It assists in producing high-quality output with accurate results while accommodating different printing requirements.
The large format flatbed printer has an anti-collision unit that contains sensors to detect obstacles or potential collisions within the printing area. Upon detection, it triggers the automatic response such as stopping or adjusting the head to prevent damage to the equipment or materials.
