Print Head
The Epson i3200 E1 print head utilizes advanced piezo variable dot technology for the ejection of ink droplets. It ensures accurate dot placement for high-resolution results and sharp prints with exceptional detail.
Drying System
The large format eco solvent printer has three heaters with an IR dryer that accelerates ink curing and drying on printed material. Strategically placed the heaters to control the temperature, enhancing ink adherence. It dries the ink evenly without distortion or color shift and reduces banding or prevents ink bleeding. The controlled heating process improves color density and sharpness of prints. The multi-stage drying system ensures uniform heat distribution.
Variable Dot Technology
The piezo variable dot technology efficiently adjusts ink droplet size based on the requirement. It results in variable sized droplets to create detailed prints with smooth gradients and color transitions. This technology is placing the larger droplets in solid color areas and the smaller droplets in detailed sections. It is dynamically controlling the drop size, enhanced fine text reproduction, improves tonal range and delivers natural shadows.
AR Taking System
The AR taking up system of eco solvent printer manages the media rolls efficiently, automatically winds up the material and maintains proper alignment. The workflow is highly enhanced, reducing manual labor requirements, allowing to handle large-format output and delivering the end product neatly. It ensures tension-controlled media handling and prevents wrinkles, skewing or material slipping. Maintains uniform roll winding which is beneficial for heavy or long media rolls. Supports uninterrupted production and reduces operator intervention.
Ink Supply System
This large format eco solvent printer has a 2 litre bulk ink supply system with ink cartridges that reduces frequent replacement, allows efficient use of any specific colors and prevents unexpected shortages. It minimizes downtime during ink changes and is suitable for large-format print applications. It efficiently stores, delivers ink to the printheads and assures uninterrupted production.
RIP Software
The PhotoPrint/Onyx RIP software with GZ printer manager optimizes the image files for precise printing. It interprets the complex graphic print file and converts it into printer commands.
