Print Head
The Epson i3200 A1 print head has numerous tiny nozzles that eject ink from it for printing. It is precisely controlled to form the desired image as the head moves across the substrate. Processes with high speed, accuracy and high-resolution output. Designed for stable and continuous operation with smooth gradients and accurate image details. Ensures uniform ink distribution and consistent color density on the print area without compromising the output quality.
Ink Supply System
The sublimation printer 3.2 meter has a bulk ink supply system that stores ink in reservoirs with a 5L tank. The ink level sensors monitor the ink level, ensure a continuous ink supply and deliver the required amount of ink to the printheads. It collectively ensures precise ink management for reliable operation and prevents clogs on the head.
Drying System
A dual infrared heater operates by using two separate infrared heating units. It heats the printing substrate, dries & cures the ink and helps for fast drying. This system allows for precise temperature control, provides high flexibility and a dual heating process ensures efficient processing. The uniform heat distribution enhances print consistency, uses lower power consumption, reducing drying time and supports continuous production. Piezo Variable Dot
