Functions & Features

In a veneer stitching machine, the working table is compact, enables the operator to stitch continuously, easiest infeed guaranteed and delivers staggered-free joints at high throughput speeds. It is suitable for 0.4 to maximum 2 mm thickness of veneer and has a constant feeding speed of 9m per minute.
The thermo adhesive glue thread stitches the material, high joint pressures, guarantees a fully closed stitch, accurate alignment of joints and firmly bonds the veneer edge with no visible joint line.
The thread is heated by electric resistance for the strong stitching with adhesive glue and offers a full complete range of production solutions. It is helpful & convenient for the wide range of plywood production, enables machining accuracy and comforts the operation.
