- The standard 10 meter handheld swing fiber laser welding gun can handle by operators easily and avoids the restriction to travel. It helps for simple operation, beautiful welding seam, fast welding speed, easy machining setup and using fewer consumables.
- In metal laser welding machine, varieties of welding options are available to produce various welded workpieces and irregular welding shapes also possible. The higher energy density achieves a better welding effect, not easy to deform and does not need to be polished by secondary processing because it ends up with a smooth welding surface.
- The target welding spot is aimed by red light indicator precisely, fixes the exact position to process, helps the laser radiation to heat up the surface accurately, peaks for greater welding quality and finishing capability. A metal laser welding machine is integrated with the thermostat cooling system to control the temperature and produces rapid cooling for the welded product to strengthen the material. It has high specific heat transferring capacity that avoids the problem of overheating and this function is vital for optimal welding performance.
The highly precise control panel has a human-friendly interface and acts as a communicator between material & the machine. It has the function to feed the operational instructions such as welding power, aiming position and welding gap etc.
