The laser type called CO2 glass laser tube helps to emit high voltage output power density to cut various thicknesses and ensures high precise end-product structure. The light beam strikes the exact light spot to create the clear marking or engraving.
The Co2 laser engraving machine has a constant temperature water cooling & protection system, designed to cool the laser tube and take away the thermal energy generated from the process for effective output. Makes a greater degree of components, less maintenance and prevents the equipment from overheating.
It is equipped with a honeycomb working table with about 1300mm x 900mm cutting area, a high-strength frame structure that effectively improved the response for marking precision to make the operation stable. It can hold various sizes & shapes of material for processing and ensures high supporting performance.

Components of The Machine

The CO2 glass laser tube produces light that is extremely powerful and passes through the gas-filled tube with mirrors & lens at both ends. It focuses on the material to meet the requirement and supports with high transmittance, finds an exact light spot and non-contact process that makes minimal damage to the material.

The linear guide drives the optical path along with the light source for the smooth operation at high speed and ensures linear motion. The motor is used for accurate positioning, moving by the required amount of degree and suitable with computer-controlled systems.

Co2 laser engraving machine supports designing software such as CorelDraw, AutoCAD & Adobe illustrator and can maintain the laser adjustments for better output effects. It gives an error-free process, can control the cutting parameter and imports in various graphic formats BMP, PLT, DST, DXP & AI. It leave a visible mark with a required depth, etching defines as that makes extremely shallow cuts and the laser marking means typically creates a permanent mark on the object for traceability purpose.
