Our fiber laser machine is specially designed with a bevel cutting function, integrated with a three-dimensional drag chain and a highly precise AB swing axis which enables smooth and accurate multi-angle bevel cutting. The hollow machine frame is combined with a fire-resistant table body to avoid the thermal impact on the structure. An elastic beam compensation mechanism prevents deformation and a motion-compensated cutting bridge protects core components. Additionally, independent zoned air extraction gives a stronger suction effect to keep the environment clean.

Components of The Machine​

Laser Source
A fiber laser source is providing high-quality photoelectric conversion efficiency and high-energy density gives accurate cutting without heat impact. The wide frequency supports flexible adjustment for various materials and thicknesses. It is a maintenance-free operation, ensures long lifespan and stable power output.

Fiber Laser Head
The cutting head of fiber laser machine is engineered with an intelligent protective lens monitoring system which provides real-time alerts and assists in preventing lens breakage. Equipped with smart sensor control, mobile real-time monitoring, anti-collision protection, auto-focus spot control and advanced thermal sealing.

Guide Rail
High-precision guide rail maintains stable motion to achieve clean cutting on the material. It assists to maintain accuracy, smooth machine movement and ensuring long-term reliability. Avoids vibration during rapid motion and supports precise alignment for the large working areas during continuous production.  

Servo Motors & Drives
Fiber laser machine has High-performance servo motors and drives has the ability to manage high inertia loads for the handling of smooth and stable motion. It improves motion synchronization, avoids operational errors and provides repeatability. Contributes to faster processing speeds and is durable in continuous operation.

Gantry
Designed to provide stable movement for processing with strong structural strength and rigidity. Avoids deformation & vibration during dynamic operation and has a long service life. Ensures precise positioning of the head for the consistent cutting quality on the large working areas with minimal maintenance.

Machine Frame
The frame of fiber laser machine is processed through advanced annealing and de-stressing treatment to achieve strong structural integrity. The precise heat treatment reduces internal stress and removes welding stress for material stability. Maintains the shape and alignment of the output during continuous high-load operation.

Cooling System
The constant temperature cooling system has advanced thermal control for precise laser cutting. Intelligent dual-temperature auto-tracking regulates the cooling of various components under heavy workloads. Overheat protection alarm detects abnormal temperature and maintains standard temperature to avoid condensation.

Dust Extraction System
An advanced dust extraction system actively captures cutting fumes and metallic debris during the operation. It prevents the sensitive components from contamination by keeping the processing area clear. Improves the air quality, gives efficient airflow control and maintains the area clear by following the safety standards.
