Laser Source

Fiber Laser Head
The cutting head of high power fiber laser cutting machine is designed with an advanced protective lens monitoring system and triggers the alarm to prevent from the lens damage. This protection ensures red warning light on the head. Integrated with smart sensors, automatic cleaning, mobile phone monitoring and anti-collision protection.
Guide Rail
The guide rail gives stable linear motion, minimizes friction and vibration during operation. Machine Frame
The machine frame underwent annealing and de-stressing treatment to eliminate the internal stress during metal fabrication. This heat treatment improves structural stability to avoid deformation during long-term processing. Has vibration resistance for the operation, enhances rigidity and assists in the precise laser cutting.
Cooling System
The constant temperature cooling system features intelligent dual-temperature auto-tracking to adjust the cooling levels automatically. It is integrated with an overheat alarm that activates protection by alerting the operators. Balancing thermal balance during continuous processing eliminates focus drift.
Dust Extraction System
The high power fiber laser cutting machine has an independent dust extraction system efficiently removes smoke or dust generated during cutting operations. Maintains continuous airflow and prevents dust accumulation on machine components. Effective extraction gives a cleaner working environment and avoids airborne contaminants for airborne contaminants.
