Pressure System Controls
GZ negative pressure system controls the pressure of supplying the ink and handles the pressure between the ink tank & print head. It solves the problem of spilling & dropping ink out of the head unexpectedly and delivering stable operation without external disturbance. The pressure regulation provides a consistent ink flow to each nozzle with improved dot accuracy. It prevents air bubbles from entering the ink path and reduces nozzle clogging. The stable ink delivery system allows high-speed printing.
