Ricoh Gen5 Printhead
The 3-8 Ricoh Gen5 industrial printhead adopts a piezoelectric nozzle that is not easy to corrode or block the head, variable ink drop printing maximum up to 20pl, clearly prints the fonts & images and high photo-level accuracy at a maximum resolution of 720 x 1200 dpi.
PhotoPrint
The ripping software is like a printer driver, suitable for the digital printing machines to get the best possible results as high-resolution raster images from the vector images.
Caldera

Servo Motor
The direction driving movement is managed by separate servo motors to assure the exact performance of the printing unit and meets the need for fast response. The dual 400w AC motor drives the head for the Y direction and the X-direction movement, a 750w AC motor is used.
Anti-collision System
A flatbed UV printer has an anti-collision system that protects & avoids damage to the printing head and once it touches the media, the sensor available at the controller switches on to stop the carriage.
Height Detector
An automatic height detector prevents the head from a crash and also saves the media from scratching, adjusts the height according to various media thicknesses and it can detect the material up to the thickness of 100mm.
0-21 Picolitre
