Equipped with this controller that has positioning capabilities to ensure multiple & different size cuttings possible, automatic adjustment of cutting angle and simplifies the machining operation. By using this, can adjust to the proper position in the cutting sheet that prevents the blade breakage or damage to blade edge, accurately control the vibration, orientation and give less material distortion.
The high-performance motor-driven shears utilize efficient operations and also guides blades up & downside movements for the shearing of piece part without sacrificing the cutting quality. It is capable of shearing the material up to a thickness of 6mm (varies) with pressure that makes things work by providing greater force for the blade to shear by using motor and hydro-cylinder.
In hydraulic shearing machine, the ball screw makes the function to work on rotary motion into linear motion & withstand remarkable stress/weight and the guide is used for the extremely smooth running of the machine.
The hydraulic cylinder is driven by a hydraulic system used to drive the movement of the blade up and down by shear force and produce output for the different types of metal materials to meet the demands. The bearing guides provide the constant blade gap and ensure the straight cut every time.
