A laser engraving machine gets a laser beam from a laser power source with good light spot quality for a long time working, a laser power ranges are 10W, 20W & 30W, the wavelength is up to 1064mm and the laser module life more than 100000 hours. It works based on the high electro-optical conversion for laser labeled with a lot of information and focused beam leaves small kerfs and has coordinated motion control.
It has the best laser engraving software which is compatible with the machine. In cooperation with the marking software files generated from CorelDraw, AutoCAD & Photoshop can make custom designs, logos, graphic text, bar codes and batch & serial numbers. The supported graphic file formats are PLT, BMP, DXD, DST, JPG & PNG.
It avoids abrasion damage by using a non-contact process, the laser isn’t affecting directly on the material but relies on the heat for the best solicited results, less heat affected zone and surrounding area is left intact.
