4-Axis Rear Positioning System
It has 4 axes such as X, E, Z1 & Z2 and can reach a maximum speed of up to 600mm/s. The X & R axes are directed by linear guides and the rack & pinion drive the remaining Z1 & Z2 axes.
High-frequency Hydraulic System
It produces power to energize the machine, generates high power density, has control over the operation of two cylinder’s piston rods and is enabled with an overload protection function.
Upper Beam Sliding Track
In the upper beam, it has a double slide rail to enable smoother operation, capable to run the machine tool stably and carrying out the operation to deliver the precise product.
Linear Displacement Sensor
Hydraulic press brake machine is designed with a feedback mechanism using the sensor on the upper beam, acts as a protected class and measures the displacement to avoid deform during the process.
Foot Control Switch
It is used to realize the movement of operation easily by a protective foot switch pressed or released to make its function convenient and simple for the operator.
Controller
Delem DA66T is the new generation touch-sensitive device for the easy programming of bending operation, calculates the bending procedures automatically and contains the functions to detect the collision. The user-friendly infrared touch screen allows the users to learn the operations in less time. It is using an algorithm to optimize the entire machining work in a shorter operating cycle thereby saving time.
